(Nice to meet you)
Hi, I’m Nina, a self-taught baker, who with a passion for creating treats for family and friends and being inspired by my Norwegian and Ards Peninsula heritage, I founded Fjord Bakery with the goal of combining the comforting flavors of Nordic baking with traditional bakes of Northern Ireland. When I’m not baking, you’ll find me walking Elsa, the dog and soaking in the natural beauty that inspires so much of what I do.
